Senior Automotive Sales Director

This is a senior leadership role within the Performance Auto Group, where you will be responsible for driving sales performance and managing a high-performing sales team.
Salary & BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $160,000, depending on experience. The company offers excellent management support and guidance, opportunities through its internal career mobility program, and access to health, dental, and vision insurance.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced automotive sales manager to lead our sales team in Southern Ontario. As a Senior Automotive Sales Director, you will be responsible for supporting sales consultants, directing and scheduling the activities of sales employees, motivating and counseling team members, and overseeing customer satisfaction ratings.
You will also be responsible for establishing product-knowledge standards, conducting sales in adherence to OMVIC rules and regulations, and recruiting qualified sales personnel.
Requirements & Qualifications- A minimum of 3-5 years of automotive sales experience.
- At least 3+ years of automotive sales management experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong time management skills, ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.
- A valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
