Riverside Natural Foods is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Finance Manager to join our team in Canada.



This key role will be responsible for providing financial leadership to the Commercial Sales team in Canada, driving profitable sales growth and optimizing trade investments.



Primary Responsibilities:



  • Provision of financial and business analysis and guidance to Sales teams on all initiatives with customers, including Go To Market, Joint Business Plan Agreements, trade investments, new products, sales programs, category presentations, and new business opportunities.

  • Development and implementation of trade policies, processes, and strategies to ensure best practices are maintained for Trade integrity, accuracy, and maintenance all with the goal of achieving annual objectives.

  • Management of sales results tracking in Canada, understanding key performance drivers and uncovering customer and business insights to enhance performance.

  • Creation of executive-level presentations to communicate the net sales performance narrative, providing strategic and tactical recommendations to senior leaders and highlighting key risks and opportunities.



Key Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree (business, finance, or accounting specialization preferred)

  • Accounting designation (CPA) is an asset

  • Minimum of 5 years of financial analytical and planning experience at a consumer-packaged goods company, including relevant gross sales and trade spend experience

  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong excel skills required.
