The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis, with experience in financial modeling and budgeting. You will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track financial performance of marketing investments and customers against budgets/targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough ongoing analysis of financial data including marketing spend/returns, and customer behaviour/trends.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor KPIs and dashboards to track financial performance of marketing investments and customers.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Understand trends, business objectives and assist in the development of annual budgets/targets and forecasts for Marketing and Customers.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop financial models and sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential business opportunities/investments and scenarios.
  • Period-end/Year-end: Review period-end/year-end accruals to ensure completeness of financial results.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a CPA designation, with 3+ years of experience in FP&A, marketing finance, customer analytics, or related roles. Experience within the retail industry is a plus.
