About the Role

Xpert IT Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including opening and distributing mail, managing information filing systems, and preparing correspondence.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, reports, and other documents.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Client Relations: Provide exceptional client service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
