Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Earls Yaletown. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
