Job Summary:

About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and record-keeping
  • Filing and organizing documents
  • Answering telephone inquiries and responding to emails

  • Performing basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Preparing invoices and bank deposits
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and database software
