Job DescriptionThis is a unique opportunity for you to contribute to a supportive team where your clinical expertise and administrative skills are equally valued. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with the case manager from Island Health to update residents' care plans accordingly, supporting the care team in their daily routines, leading and guiding the team on best clinical practices, and ensuring documentation is completed in accordance with care standards and regulations.
Requirements- Graduate of a recognized school of nursing
- Current registration in good standing with BCCNM
- Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma or Registered Nurse designation
- Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
As a Care Manager at Baptist Housing, you will be compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $32.84 - $41.35 per hour, depending on your qualifications and experience. You will also enjoy a flexible schedule, working alternating shifts between Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (morning or evening), with a consistent schedule.
