We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse to join our AgeCare team as a Nurse Care Specialist. This is a permanent position working 30-40 hours per week.

As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents while promoting a positive work environment. About the Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits such as dental plan, disability benefits, and health care plan.

About the Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering health education programs, managing home care cases, and providing consultative services regarding issues relevant to the nursing profession and practice. You will also provide nursing care, supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff, and ensure that all residents receive high-quality care.

About the Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities. You must also have excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
