We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team at beBee Professionals in Victoria. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to our patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent medical care and support.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Monitor patient progress, document medical information, and communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on health management and care.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
