Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Wesrec, a family-owned business in Burnaby's Real Estate industry. As the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities- Manage front desk reception, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries from tenants and staff.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and clerical tasks related to tenant services, including maintaining accurate records and dispatching service providers.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs, manage keycards, and arrange property showings with potential tenants and contractors.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in office and/or property administration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Adaptable mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
