Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Supervisor to join our Food Services Team at Aramark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily food production, maintaining a safe and organized kitchen environment, and ensuring the highest quality of food service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain work schedules and production packets to ensure efficient food production.
- Direct daily kitchen activities and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Ensure food production meets quality and safety standards, adhering to Aramark policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory and ordering systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Supervise and evaluate employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and team performance.
- Collaborate with the Food Service Director and Manager to develop and implement effective kitchen operations and strategies.
- Perform other duties as required to support the success of our Food Services Team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
- Proven experience in food service management, with a focus on kitchen operations and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring high-quality food production.
