Lead Culinary Operations at Germain Hôtels

We are seeking a seasoned Culinary Operations Director to oversee the food and beverage operations at Germain Hôtels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing departmental operations to ensure smooth and profitable operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the culinary experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional service and quality.
  • Collaborate with hotel management to develop and implement menus, pricing strategies, and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, labor standards, and basic principles of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and assertive attitude, and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in event planning, service enhancement, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bilingualism is an asset, given the nature of the role and interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, or customers.
