Culinary Operations Supervisor

As a Food Service Supervisor at Biryaniwalla Indian Cuisine, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team. Your leadership will ensure that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is essential.
This position is set in a fast-paced food service establishment, specifically within a restaurant setting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules effectively.
- Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Train team members on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards.
- Prepare budget forecasts and cost estimates for operations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
- Possess knowledge of the culinary styles offered by the establishment.
- Establish work schedules for the team.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
