At Elit Care, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations. Your primary duties will include reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Train staff
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate
  • Plan, develop and implement communication strategies
  • Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Develop and administer policies and programs
  • Provide customer service
  • Clean and maintain office, supply area or warehouse
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including electronic mail, electronic scheduler, social media, accounting software, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word
