Restaurant Operations Manager

The Bombay Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and a team player attitude.
