- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Operations Management
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Ensure that all aspects of the restaurant are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections.
- Marketing and Sales
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Experience and Qualifications
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Permanent employment.
- 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
