Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Insadong Korean BBQ restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
  • Quality Control: Establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate the preparation and portioning of food, and ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting our expectations.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that our high standards of customer service are consistently met.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of our restaurant's operations.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • High school graduation certificate
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
