Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Simply Fremont Restaurant Ltd. as a key member of our culinary operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.

Training and Development

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Inventory Management

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Reporting and Record-Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.

Culinary Knowledge

Have in-depth knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.

Work Scheduling

Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
