Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and manage our inventory to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards of quality, and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Prepare Budget and Reports

Prepare budget and cost estimates, and submit reports to management on a regular basis.

Address Customer Complaints

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Maintain Records

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Personal Suitability

Client focus, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
