About the Role:
We are seeking a charismatic and welcoming Host to join our front-of-house team at Lone Star Texas Grill. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences in an upbeat and inviting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing the flow of the restaurant to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Organize reservations, walk-in guests, and server flow to optimize seating capacity.
- Foster a warm and engaging atmosphere by greeting guests with a smile and offering assistance as needed.
- Answer phone inquiries and handle guest requests in a professional manner.
- Promote a positive and supportive team culture by working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Maintain a high level of energy and engagement throughout your shift.
- Previous experience in the service industry is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Lift items up to 30lbs safely and efficiently.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
