Security Team Leader Opportunity in Downtown Toronto

The MRG Group is seeking an experienced Security Guard Team Lead to join its team in downtown Toronto. With a focus on safety and security, this role involves overseeing the security of guests, staff, and buildings at one of Canada's largest independent entertainment companies.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and buildings
- Act as a brand ambassador and greet guests upon arrival
- Monitor patrons and identify those who may be underage or intoxicated
- Conduct bag searches and enforce capacity levels
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide support as needed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Requirements- A valid Ontario Security License
- A valid Smart Serve Certificate
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficient customer service and de-escalation experience
