About the Role

As Restaurant Operations Director, you will oversee and inspire daily operations to deliver unparalleled quality and service. You will lead a high-performing team, foster a collaborative culture, and support individual growth. Your key areas of focus will include:

  • Operational Excellence: Lead seamless execution of service, maintaining high standards across all areas.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a collaborative culture and supporting individual growth.
  • Guest Experience: Elevate the dining experience by ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, personalized, and exceeds expectations.
  • Financial Management: Drive profitability through accurate reporting, effective budgeting, and diligent inventory and cost control.
  • Scheduling & Forecasting: Create and manage schedules that align with anticipated business needs to optimize staffing and efficiency.
  • Sales & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue, ensuring the restaurant continues to thrive and grow.
  • Community Engagement: Act as an ambassador for the brand, representing the restaurant at local events and building strong community ties.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record as a General Manager or in a similar leadership position within high-profile or award-winning dining establishments.

What We Offer
