Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our Vancouver, British Columbia team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to develop and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to build a successful career with Uline Canada Corporation, North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials.

You will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities within your markets, and building relationships with existing customers on-site.

In this role, you will also spend time planning and scheduling, creating effective solutions for customers using our 40,000 high-quality products, and managing your territory to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years previous sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license and great driving record.

We offer a competitive salary range of $94,000 - $166,000 per year, depending on experience.
