Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability in our restaurants, while ensuring exceptional customer service and a safe and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Grow Restaurant Sales and Profitability: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability in our restaurants, while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Lead and Develop Restaurant Teams: Coach and develop General Managers, Restaurant Managers, and Assistant Managers to adopt a sales-building mindset and provide ongoing education on areas of restaurant profitability.
- Implement Sales Building Initiatives: Lead successful deployments and ongoing execution of national and local sales building initiatives to drive sales and brand leadership.
- Ensure Quality and Safety Standards: Ensure all restaurants meet and exceed McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, including food safety standards.
- Recruit and Retain Talent: Lead recruiting, selecting, and on-boarding practices of managers and crew to ensure high-quality talent is in place across all restaurants.
- Engage with the Local Community: Engage with the local community to further develop community support initiatives where possible.
- Experience in a Supervisory Position: Current or previous experience in a supervisory position in a quick-service environment.
- Proven Track Record of Success: Demonstrated a consistent record of achieving and exceeding operations standards.
- People-First Approach: Demonstration of a people-first approach to achieve results.
