Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warranty Claims Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing warranty claims and related data information submitted by our customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims, invoicing, and related information.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Entry and Processing

Enter and process warranty, retrofit, and acceptance claims in Oracle Service Cloud, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.

Claim Validation

Review claims to ensure correct policies and coverages are selected, and verify that warranty claims are valid and have the correct supplier listed.

Customer Communication

Address customer inquiries regarding warranty claims, providing clear and concise information to resolve issues.

Claim Status Updates

Process claims from pending status to ensure they flow to the proper queue, and notify customers of claim rejections and potential part returns.

Reporting and Record-Keeping

Create claims reports as requested, and maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and hardcopy records of customer labour rates, customer letters, and data logs.

Parts Return Management

Maintain and supply Parts Return Tags for customers, ensuring efficient and accurate parts return processing.

Other Duties

Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements

  1. Education

High school diploma or equivalent, minimum grade 12.

Experience

2 or more years' experience in claims processing, preferably in a manufacturing or transportation industry setting.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office, Oracle knowledge, and keyboarding skills, with strong communication and organizational abilities.

Knowledge

Knowledge of computer and general office equipment, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer service principles.
