Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Project Warranty & Service Coordinator to become part of our team. This position focuses on collaborating with clients to resolve warranty and service concerns following the completion of projects within the Manitoba Buildings Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the project team to identify and rectify deficiencies during project handover.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess project specifics and warranty obligations.
  • Organize and facilitate warranty walkthroughs with clients.
  • Carry out minor repairs, including painting, door hardware adjustments, and drywall work as necessary.
  • Manage warranty processes through various communication platforms.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely repair completion.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in project billing and ensure prompt payment processing.
  • Introduce project warranties upon project completion.
  • Review warranty requests and keep detailed records of all activities.
  • Provide guidance to warranty staff and oversee work assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Results-oriented with a strong emphasis on service quality.
  • Proficient in safety protocols, project execution, and administrative tasks.
  • Possess trade education and relevant experience.
  • Familiar with construction drawings and specifications.
  • Skilled in computer applications and project management tools.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
