Position Summary:

We are in search of a Project Warranty Coordinator to enhance our team. This position entails collaborating with clients to resolve warranty and service concerns following the completion of projects within the Manitoba Buildings Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the project team to identify and rectify issues during project handover.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess project specifics and warranty obligations.
  • Organize and facilitate warranty inspections with clients.
  • Carry out minor repairs such as painting, door hardware adjustments, and drywall fixes as necessary.
  • Manage warranty processes through diverse communication methods.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure repair tasks are completed.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in project invoicing and ensure prompt payment processing.
  • Introduce warranty terms upon project completion.
  • Evaluate warranty requests and maintain comprehensive records of all activities.
  • Provide guidance to warranty personnel and oversee task assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Driven by results with a strong emphasis on service quality.
  • Possess robust safety, project management, and administrative capabilities.
  • Relevant trade education and experience.
  • Knowledge of construction plans and specifications.
  • Proficient in computer applications and project management tools.
