Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Butler Service Desk Agent. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and respond to guest requests and inquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels.
- Operate the telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, and connect guests to the appropriate extension.
- Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, and log all guest requests or issues into our computer system.
- Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest.
- Process room service orders, answer questions on menu selection, and record transactions in our point-of-sale system.
- Assist guests with accessing internet and guestroom entertainment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
