Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwich. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain our standards.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Our fast-paced environment requires a high level of energy and attention to detail. You will be working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods. You must be physically demanding and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
