Food Service Manager

Guac Mexi Grill is seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food preparation and presentation meet our high standards.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and waste to inform menu planning and inventory management.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
