Food Service Manager

At Joh2Stone Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
The work environment is fast-paced, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The work site environment is noisy, with odours, wet/damp, hot, and outdoors conditions.
