Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Crossroads Foods. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
