Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwich. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and team members.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain our standards.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our team members to deliver exceptional customer service and food quality.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our team members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Our restaurants operate in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Team members must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk. A combination of sitting, standing, and walking is required.
