Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Leadership: Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other culinary personnel.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu ideas and ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen inventory, maintain cleanliness and organization, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Culinary Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a chef or in a senior culinary role.
  • Culinary Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant culinary training or degree.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
