Job Description

The Executive Chef is responsible for leading the culinary team at Baymont by Wyndham, ensuring the highest quality food and exceptional service standards are met.

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods in our kitchen;
  • Manage kitchen staff and helpers, providing training and guidance as needed;
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a supervisory role;
  • Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or a related field;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
