Head Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team at Neko Sushi. This is a permanent full-time position with a salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities- Culinary Operations: Plan, prepare, and execute menu items, ensuring high-quality dishes that meet customer expectations.
- Team Leadership: Train, develop, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
- Kitchen Management: Maintain inventory, manage supplies, and oversee kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Cleaning and Safety: Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are clean, safe, and compliant with health regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent cooking skills, strong leadership abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Work Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week
