About the Job

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to Group Benefit customers to obtain consent for directing their cases to preferred pharmacies. You will clearly explain the features and advantages of the Case Management program, designed to support customers in managing treatments and accessing pharmacy drugs.

You will address customer inquiries related to group benefits, pharmacy options, and program details. Accurately documenting and updating customer interactions within the system is also a crucial part of this role. Providing exceptional service to foster positive customer relationships and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery are key responsibilities.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in a phone-based role, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Bilingual in English and French is required to support clients in both languages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • The ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner is vital.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are necessary.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software for communication and data entry is required.
  • The capability to work independently in a remote environment is essential.
  • A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with the ability to manage ambiguity, is necessary.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system and pharmaceutical drugs is preferred.
