Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through prospecting and lead generation, with a focus on identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategic relationships with existing customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to clients.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and developing and implementing plans to achieve these goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Proven track record of success in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
