Environmental Health and Safety Advisor

Under the leadership of the Health, Safety and Environment Manager, the Environmental Health and Safety Advisor provides expert advice and support for the implementation and follow-up of Pharmascience's health, safety, and environmental management projects and programs.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Environmental Management
- Develop and implement environmental management systems to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Participate in the development, revision, and implementation of environmental policies and procedures.
- Manage the environmental audit program to identify and mitigate environmental risks.
- Conduct environmental awareness activities to promote a culture of sustainability within the organization.
2. Health and Safety Risk Management
- Collaborate with departments to develop, design, and implement occupational health and safety management systems.
- Identify and mitigate health and safety risks through regular audits and inspections.
- Provide technical support to departments in the drafting of task safety analyses and incident investigations.
- Act as a trainer for health, safety, and environmental training courses.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead multiple initiatives.
- Good knowledge of applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
