Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker at FunctionAbility Rehabilitation Services, you will play a critical role in providing assessment, counseling, and psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families who have experienced trauma, traumatic injury, and complex orthopedic injury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, counseling, and psychotherapy services to clients
  • Interface with medical, legal, and insurance systems
  • Advocate for and link clients to community-based resources
  • Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress
  • Provide detailed, comprehensive reports
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge

Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Social Work
  • Member in good standing with the College of OCSWSSW
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
