Job Summary:

The Manager, Learning & Development is a key member of the Human Resources Leadership team, responsible for providing leadership, direction, and implementation of progressive organization learning and development strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of learning and development professionals to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
