Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at ILAHUI POC. This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff. They will also carry out administrative activities of the establishment, co-ordinate and plan for office services, assist in budget preparation, and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize productivity
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including tasks such as data entry and record-keeping
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Train staff on new procedures and best practices
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure seamless operations
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Organized and efficient interpersonal skills
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have strong attention to detail. They must also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent communication skills.
