Job Title: Administrative Manager

Job Summary

Preferred Accounting Services Inc. seeks a highly skilled Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our finance and insurance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for co-ordinating administrative services, collecting and recording administrative and service fees, and assisting in preparing annual budgets.


Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets to ensure effective financial planning.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Interview, hire and provide training for staff to ensure they meet the required standards.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.


Work Environment

Preferred Accounting Services Inc. is located in an urban area with a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
