We are looking for a highly skilled Strategic People & Culture Expert to join our SAP Engineering & Technology team. As a Senior Field HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic consulting and guidance on all relevant People & Culture topics to the Senior Leadership Team.

Job Description

You will play a vital role as a trusted partner and act as a strategic and sparring partner to the business, providing consulting, strategic insights, and guidance on all relevant People & Culture topics. Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing outstanding strategic consulting to the Senior Leadership Team combined with high operational excellence to accelerate SAP's Next Level of Transformation.
  2. Driving the strategic priorities of the SAP People Agenda and ensuring consistent execution within Business Area while influencing scalable solutions with P&C Services and P&C Practices (Global Total Rewards, Talent Discovery, Diversity & Inclusion, etc.).
  3. Translating business-specific needs towards P&C and vice versa while driving people and organizational initiatives to facilitate business transformation and cultural change.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in People & Culture/HR Business partner roles, ideally in a matrixed and international environment. You should also have good understanding of SAP's Strategy, Business Model, and organizational set-up, as well as solid consulting and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with high-level stakeholders.

In addition, you will need to have good project management skills to lead people workstreams in transformational business initiatives, analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills to translate business requirements into clear P&C requirements, and excellent skills in analyzing and using P&C data to support decision-making processes.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
