Administrative Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Khanna Transport Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or office administration.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a transportation or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
