Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a part-time administrative assistant at UPS Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for performing advanced administrative tasks, including report preparation and analysis, data entry, and project coordination.

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual who can provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing advanced administrative duties, including report preparation and analysis, data entry, and project coordination
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and coordinating meetings
  • Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in business administration or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Work Location and Hours

This role is based in Caledon, Ontario, and requires working Sunday to Thursday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Flexibility is required as you may need to start earlier or stay later at times.
