About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Ricky's All Day Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading a team of cooks and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train cooks in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Manage inventory and requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve smooth service
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
