Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 1238776 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, and food preparation. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement menus that meet the company's quality and presentation standards
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation
  • Coordinate food purchasing and inventory management to minimize waste and optimize costs
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of ingredients
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth service delivery during peak periods
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas and improve existing dishes
Requirements:
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • 1-7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • 30-40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
