About the Role:

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional user support and customer service on company-supported computer applications and platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical assistance to clients via various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software, hardware, and call tracking application developments.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot problems to ensure efficient resolution.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant products and services.

About You:

We're looking for an individual with:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and French).
  • Experience with Windows administration and deployment.
  • Possession of or ability to obtain relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco).

What We Offer:

We provide a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
