Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Multilingual Technical Support Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will provide exceptional user support and customer service on company-supported computer applications and platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch technical support and customer service via various channels.
- Utilize knowledge of fundamental software, hardware, and equipment operations to resolve issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with call tracking applications and adherence to best practices.
- Demonstrate excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of Windows administration and deployment.
- Proficiency in French and English oral and written communication skills.
- Nice to have: Experience with Cisco.
- Prior experience in customer service and technical support is essential.
A competitive salary range between $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, based on location and experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
